NSI’s premier manned security scheme is designed for companies wishing to meet the industry’s highest standards by achieving business excellence through ISO 9001 Quality Management, as well as displaying technical expertise by meeting the appropriate British Standards.

Despite COVID-19, 3 site visits were still carried out, with employee interviews taking place over Microsoft Teams. NSI’s auditor Leigh Gillon comments: ‘Completing a remote audit of a multimillion pound company is very difficult and could have quite easily turned into a tick box exercise without feeling or passion, however, the UK team should be proud of the succinct and charismatic way they delivered the honest facts of the companies successes and challenges during a catastrophic pandemic. The senior team were down to earth, knowledgeable, and obviously devoted to Apleona, their customers and employees.’
