Apleona UK, Facilities Management Specialists are delighted to be extending their relationship with Yunex Traffic, having been awarded a contract extension with additional cleaning services.

Apleona’s existing contract with Yunex Traffic commenced in 2019 with the award of the Technical and Managing Agent contract to deliver services including mechanical & electrical, fabric maintenance, reactive works, grounds keeping, winterisation and projects, across their UK portfolio. This has now been extended for an additional year, and will also incorporate the delivery of cleaning to 15 sites.

Apleona will build on the success of the current partnership and continue to develop our collaborative approach, with an aim to offer a better environmental and sustainable focused delivery. The contract started on 1st December 2022.
