This month, Apleona in the UK proudly mobilised a prestigious new contract with Moda, the UK’s leading build-to-rent provider.
Moda operates more than 10 high-end residential developments across key UK cities, each comprising fully furnished apartments designed to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Under this partnership, Apleona will provide a comprehensive range of FM solutions across Moda’s existing portfolio. The initial two-year collaboration further demonstrates Apleona’s capability to deliver premium, tailored facilities management solutions within the residential sector, supporting both operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
