Our PPM solution is delivered through a flexible model that operates alongside our Integrated+ approach or a standalone service. All of our skilled engineers are equipped and trained to use our CAFM system via iPads so they can update job's or complete them on the go.
Our engineers are trained to deliver PPM works to your building, such as boiler maintenance, generators, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), fire alarms, CCTV, lifts, escalators, water treatment, portable appliance testing (PAT), fixed wiring testing and statutory testing.

Our comprehensive range of cleaning expands across general cleaning, specialist cleaning, washroom services, window and high level access cleaning. Although building assets are managed through PPM, Electrical and Mechanical faults can occur at any time. That is why we have a pool of qualified Engineers who can attend sites, to fix jobs responsively.
