Our senior leadership team
Adrian joined Apleona in 2023, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in facilities management and support services, and was promoted to Managing Director in 2024, where he is focused on driving business growth. Outside of work, Adrian enjoys cycling and maintaining his Duolingo streak.
Kurt is the Managing Director of Apleona JCW. He is in charge of growing our client base and directing strategy towards consistent growth, Kurt leads by example and is a great believer in good work ethic coupled with a sense of fun.
Kurt enjoys the odd Italian, home or away and when he has the chance he plans to spend a week or two on the Island of Santorini with the person who supports him every step of the way – his wife.
Lisa has been at Apleona for 11 years, and in this time has gone from HR Advisor, to recently being promoted to Head of People & Development. Over this time Lisa has played a key part in both HR and Payroll day- to-day activities.
When Lisa isn't running round after her three children, she enjoys a glass of fizz and a game of golf.
Katerina, who joined Apleona in January 2022, brings extensive expertise in ESG, carbon reporting, ISO standards, and social value, playing a crucial role in promoting sustainability within the company and contributing to multiple company awards in recent years.
Originally from the Czech Republic, she has resided in the UK for over two decades and enjoys relaxing with walks alongside her Cavapoo.
Mark joined Apleona in 2024 as the newest member of the senior team, bringing a diverse background in construction and support services, along with a strong executive leadership track record across the UK and EMEA.
A qualified chartered accountant with an MBA from Manchester, Mark enjoys CrossFit in his free time, especially once the class has finished.
Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of Corrigenda and brings over 30 years of industry expertise to his role. He leads with a strategic approach, ensuring the successful delivery of Hard FM services across a broad range of sectors, including large-scale public and education organisations. His focus lies in developing robust strategies and overseeing their implementation, enabling teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions for clients.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors walking his Fox Red Labrador and taking to the open road on his motorbike.
