Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies that discovers, develops and delivers innovative medicine.
Before working with us, the company previously outsourced all facility management services to four different providers. Thanks to our diverse services and expertise, we were awarded a five-year contract in 2022 to provide total facilities management services for three UK sites in Chester, Moreton, and Uxbridge.
Now, our unified team provides a comprehensive facilities management service with everything under one roof – from catering and cleaning to security and beyond!

Since partnering with BMS, we have:
Introduced innovative cleaning technology and chemical-free cleaning solutions,
Set up the in-house delivery of external window cleaning,
Utilised drone technology for perimeter checks and roof surveys,
Provided comprehensive training programmes and upskilled some of the team to support other FM services, and
Our Apleona Workspace division have refurbished the café and reception areas.
